'Making learning stick' is something many of us facilitators strive for, dream about, and sadly rarely get to measure or observe. Theories and tools have proliferated and are heartily touted in webinars, websites and sales pitches the world over.

Well, inspired by colleagues, clients, experiences and a few good books, I've landed on one simple question: Who Actually Gives a Damn?

Bear with me - this is not an expression of bad attitude or cynicism. In fact, WAG'D (Who Actually Gives a Damn) now serves as my primary KPI for success, because if we get this right, we create the foundation for everything else to work.

In this 90-minute candid conversation, we'll explore:

Who we're really talking about (spoiler: it's not always who we think) - from participants to sponsors to the people impacted downstream
What "giving a damn" actually looks like in practice - cutting through stated intentions to identify real commitment and genuine skin in the game
How WAG'D informs our work - as a lens for diagnostics, design, delivery, and retrospective learning
